📦 Returned / Unclaimed Packages
If a package is returned to us because it was not picked up in time or due to an incorrect address, you have two options:

- We can reship it — new shipping costs apply  
- Or we can refund your order — excluding original shipping costs. If return shipping fees are charged to us, those may also be deducted from the refund.
